SHIPPING & RETURNS
We want your LuxAir order to arrive quickly and in great condition. Below you will find our shipping and returns information, including processing times, tracking, international delivery, and how to request support.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order and a second email with tracking once your order ships.
SHIPPING OPTIONS AND RATES
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer standard and expedited domestic shipping within the United States. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout based on your country and selected shipping method.
Important note for international orders
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are paid by the customer at checkout and are not included in product prices or standard shipping fees.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
Tracking is provided for all shipped orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check around your delivery location and confirm the shipping address on your order. If you still need help, contact us at Support@luxairfreshener.com within 2 - 3 days of the marked delivery date.
ADDRESS ISSUES
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at Support@luxairfreshener.com. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not shipped yet.
LuxAir Freshener is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at Support@luxairfreshener.comwithin 48 hours of delivery.
Include the following in your message:
Your order number
Photos of the item(s)
Photos of the packaging and shipping label
A brief description of the issue
We will review and respond with the next steps.
RETURNS
We accept returns of eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging to be considered for a return.
Some items may not be eligible for return due to safety and product integrity guidelines, including opened air fresheners, diffuser oils, refills, and any used or unsealed products.
To start a return, contact Support@luxairfreshener.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return if eligible and place a new order.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. unless the return is due to an error on our part.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at Support@luxairfreshener.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped or begun processing.
