  • Wholesale orders typically require additional processing time based on order size and product availability. Standard lead time is 10 - 14 business days, plus shipping time.

  • Yes. We offer international shipping for approved wholesale partners. Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by destination and order size.

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are paid by customer at checkout and are not included in product prices unless explicitly stated.

  • Wholesale partners can request bulk pricing for hanging air fresheners, refillable car diffusers, and diffuser oil refills. Available scents and quantities may vary seasonally or based on inventory.

  • Yes. Many partners order a mixed assortment. Share your preferences in the inquiry form and we will confirm what is available.

  • Samples are offered. If offered, sample fees and shipping may apply, and may be credited toward a future wholesale order at our discretion.

  • We accept credit, debit and more. Wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Because wholesale orders are purchased in bulk, all wholesale sales are typically final unless items arrive damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your shipment, contact us within 48  hours of delivery and include photos of the products and packaging. We will review and help resolve the issue.

  • Yes, with approval. Please include where you plan to sell LuxAir products in your inquiry, including your retail location(s) and website.

  • Private label options are not available at this time. If you are interested, mention it in your inquiry and we will share what is possible.
